The Therma 2 and 5 digital thermometers are designed as rugged, easy to use, low cost instruments for temperature measurement of liquids and semi-solid materials.
The Therma 2 measures temperature over the range of -49.9 to +199.9°C with a resolution of 0.1°C and the Therma 5 -50 to +300°C with a resolution of 1°C.
 Both instruments feature a bright, easy to read LCD, displaying open circuit and low battery indication, when applicable. The Therma 2 and 5 are powered by a 9 volt MN1604/PP3 battery which gives the thermometers approximately 200 hours continuous use.
Each Therma 2 and 5 thermometer is supplied with a permanently attached penetration probe with 130mm pointed stainless steel stem and one metre coiled PU lead.

Optional accessories include a PVC protective boot that helps to protect instruments against accidental damage and a clear polycarbonate wall bracket (screws not supplied) for safe storage.
