The ThermPalm HACCP PDA thermometer software and probe are a complete, secure solution for quality control, process monitoring and temperature analysis which can be carried in the palm of the hand utilising a hand held PDA (personal digital assistant) computer.
throw away your pen and paper!
It is now possible to combine a number of paperless tasks into a friendly and efficient electronic system utilising the PDA thermometer software. This allows the user to prepare a check list or a to do list, to aid the efficient gathering of data and to remind users to undertake day-to-day tasks. For example, it is possible to record temperature readings with real date and time, plus notes (up to 30 characters) attached to each reading. This data can then be exported into other documentation as a solution for partial HACCP compliance.
Comprehensive check lists or to do lists can be prepared using the ThermaPalm HACCP software. These lists of activities can be as simple or as complex as the user wants to make them, and can be interactive in terms of giving the user instructions and providing remedial actions, where appropriate.
