This digital combined cooking thermometer and timer features a dual display and simultaneously displays the temperature, over the range of -50 to +300°C with a resolution of 0.1°C or °F. The unit also displays the countdown time over the range of 0 to 99 hours, 59 minutes.

The cooking thermometer and timer also features an audible high/low alarm and is supplied with a high temperature detachable stainless steel probe (Ø4mm reduced tip x 150mm) with a one metre stainless steel braided lead. The probe can be left in the oven during cooking to monitor the internal temperature of joints of meat or similar.

The thermometer incorporates a magnetic pad at the rear of the instrument and is powered by a single MN2400 (AAA) battery with a life expectancy of approximately 5,000 hours.

The combined clock, countdown timer and thermometer displays both the actual and the alarm temperature over the range of 0 to +300°C and simultaneously the countdown or the actual time.

The timer will count down or up from/to 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds, the real time clock will display the time in either 12 or 24-hour format.

The oven thermometer features an audible high alarm that can be set from the simple to use seven-button keypad. The alarm temperature is continuously displayed. The unit is designed to sit on a worktop or can be attached to an appliance via the magnetic pads at the rear of the instrument.

The thermometer is supplied with a high temperature probe and a two metre stainless steel braided lead. The insertion length of the probe is 150mm (Ø4mm) and incorporates a reduced diameter tip to aid response time.
