This easy to use digital thermometer features an easy to read display with display hold and max/min memory functions. The unit has a 0.1°C or 0.1°F read-out of temperature over the range of -50 to +150°C.

The rear of the thermometer case incorporates a useful fold-away worktop stand and a magnetic pad for attaching the unit to an appliance. Each unit is supplied with a detachable, pointed, penetration probe (Ø3.3 x 120mm) with a one metre PVC connecting lead and probe cover.
